POWER SUPPLY

1. Unclip and open the cover of the battery compartment by pressing the tab with your ngernail.

2. Place two 1.5V AAA (LR03) alkaline batteries (or 1.2V Ni-Cd/Ni-MH batteries of the same size) into the battery

compartment. Make sure the polarity is correct; this is shown inside the battery compartment. Always take

care when inserting batteries as you may damage the equipment if the batteries are the wrong way round.

3. If the equipment switches itself o during use, the batteries have run down. Both batteries must be replaced

MSL-7525

at the same time. Only use new alkaline batteries or fully-charged Ni-Cd/Ni-MH batteries. Remove the

batteries if you don't plan to use the massager for a while; this avoids the risk of damage from leaking

batteries. (The manufacturer's warranty will not cover this type of damage). You should also note the

following advice:

– Never use new and used batteries together.

– Never use rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries together.

– Do not use dierent types of batteries or batteries from dierent manufacturers at the same time.

– Flat batteries must be removed immediately.

Please protect the environment. Used batteries should not be disposed of with household waste but should be

taken to a specialist collection point.

USE OF THE DEVICE

General information

This electronic massager creates small electrical impulses that are emitted through the massage pads.

These impulses cause muscle contractions, which can have a variety of positive physiological eects.

– The movement of muscles can speed up blood and lymph circulation, which improves the body’s

metabolism.

– The eect on the muscles is similar to physical training. This can strengthen and tone the muscles. In

addition, the fat layer between the muscles is reduced and connective tissues can be tightened, improving

body shape and posture.

– It works with muscle groups that cannot be moved by training or can only be moved with diculty.

– Complaints caused by uneven muscle loading (e.g. from working positions that involve sitting or standing)

may be reduced, tired or tense muscles can be relaxed and stress can be eased.

– It can massage acupuncture points to have a positive overall eect.
